Awesome. I gotta relearn everything in boxing. From shadowboxing to mitt work to hitting wrecking ball bags, heavy bags, etc., and I love watching videos like this, but I get a little mad because my time in boxing was taken from me and I literally gotta relearn from scratch. But this is great video
