This was fabulous - thank you so much! I came across the book by chance on Amazon at the end of June and, not knowing anything about it, hesitated before buying as I thought it couldn't be up to much for that price...BOY, was I wrong! It is now one of my most prized possessions: the wealth of information it contains, the thoughtful way the text is delivered, the quality of both the paper and the reproductions, all are absolutely second to none. It is just an absolute delight to either leaf through it or, like today, a rainy afternoon in Germany, curl up with a cup of tea and devour every single word. Mr. Casey, I take my hat off to you for your amazing accomplishment and your generosity in sharing your hard-earned knowledge. Now, that I've watched this video I see that you are also a thoroughly decent person to boot! Thanks Eric for allowing us to see this.XX
