Welcome to Day 2 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge.
We will continue to build our breath work foundation while adding counts to the pranayama. The techniques we will learn and practice today are:
1. Equal Breathing
2. Intercostal Breathing
3. Clavicular Breathing
4. Abdominal Breathing
5. Yogic Breathing
6. Anulom Vilom Pranayama
