The longest living people in the world are vegan and live on rice beans potatoes fruit and vegetables. Just because someone eats something or is poor doesn’t change science. The poorest people in the world live on rice , potatoes etc very small meat consumption. They die from other diseases from lack of hygiene and clean water. Protein doesn’t sustain you, a calorie sufficient diet sustains you. Eating the cheapest healthy food has nothing to do with looking down on anyone.
