I am loving seeing this project grow. The colour scheme is so pleasing. We have a lot in common, I also make journals, but don't journal. I decided I am a bookmaker, rather than journaller. I also absolutely hate coffee!!!

You have a great eye! And the layers make sense, and your also very good at seeing where you need just a little something! I too enjoy straight lines when layering…TFS it’s really great! oh btw, you said you think you are finding your way with this but you also enjoyed the fairies as well….it’s ok to have more than one style! It’s like dresssing, some days you can be casual but other days you can get all dressed up doesn’t mean you have to wear jeans 24/ 7 right?! 😁

This journal is absolutely my favorite project you’ve shared with us. I’ve even rewatched some videos you posted more than once…lol! This is totally my style and funny thing is decades ago before Tim’s distress inks I would double distress edges using an ink color similar to vintage photo called Van Dyke Brown and then over that with black ink too. My friends even made me a birthday cake in the shape and design of that ink pad…lol. I was referred to as “going to the dark side” because I loved to age and distress everything….but it was and still is my thing and so fun!
