Hi Drew! I came across your Day on day videos a few weeks back. I immediately pressed the bell icon so that I don't miss even one video. I want to tell you that your consistency is very motivating. I am one of those people who could never embed movement in their life. I'm suffering because of this now that I'm in early 30s. I just don't know how to make movement a daily activity. I find it hard and intimidating. I fail everyday. And yet, when I see you move and I hear your words, I feel as if I can also do it. I'm now planning sincerely to accomplish the day to day movement tasks and share every day achievements with you. If you have any advice or strategies to share with me, please do! Consider me as your student from across the world (India!). Thankyou so so so much for all your efforts. They are changing my life, making it better bit by bit ❤🙏

What a beautiful and kind message. You may struggle with daily movement but you certainly don't struggle with being a warm and kind person! I warmly accept you as a student and will happily work with you to help you achieve your goals. Start small, know why you want to change, build momentum with small victories and stack small wins day after day. I will be starting another 28 day challenge on January 1 to promote physical, mental and spiritual health. I hope you will join me for that. In the meantime, follow the videos and reach out any time with questions or assistance. I am looking forward to watching you grow! 🙏
