It is one of the "Gon-Muay"(Master techniques) in the "Luk-Mai-Muay-Thai"(minor Muaythai) that came from the "Mae-Mai-Muay-Thai" the major Muaythai stances and moves. It is called "ฤาษีบดยา" (Rue-Ce-Bod-ya) in Thai language means "Hermit grinds the medicine". And the Cart Wheel Kick in Ancient Muaythai table called "ม้าดีดกะโหลก" (Ma-deed-Ka-Rok) in Thai means "the Rebellious horse kicking its skull".

She told in her video that sparring should be realistic to the fight. And she and her siblings which all of the are muaythai fighter they always to this hard sparring
