Day 236/366 "The Big Leap" by Gay Hendricks

I just began this book and OMG it has SO much value even in the first few pages. Hendricks gives us a very concise and easy way of determining what our limiting beliefs are, in particular regarding the threshold of happiness and success that we allow ourselves before self sabotaging!
