Hello Jill, It's looking wonderful, love the trucks, I imagine Walter will have lots of holly and ivy around his room and probably a Yule log, the Christmas tree only became popular when Queen Victoria was on the throne , although it was Queen Charlotte who brought the tradition over to England from Germany in 1800. HI Diane, thanks for that bit of historic detail. I was thinking of making minute mistletoe. DId you know our native mistletoe is red? Not quite the same but we used to have fun at primary school when the boys chased the girls around with some.

Thanks very much for elaborating on the autos! Your cardboard ones look every bit as good as the kit! Really incredible how talented you are at making and improvising these miniatures. I'd love to do a '69 Chevy C20, which my husband had until recently he decided to let it go. Hope your chief cook and bottle washer gets well rested. Thanks for sharing.
