Day 3 Esposende to Viana do Castello 23.5kms

I got lost on this section and also came down with day 3 blues - I stood at a pedestrian crossing and started crying for my mum who had passed away and the head and neck cancer treatment I had endured and that someone I loved romantically lived on the other side of the world. The grief of everything just hit me. I had no wifi, went the wrong way adding about 6 kms to an already long day, and left my walking poles whilst talking to a couple of Scottish nuns.
Some very kind young woman helped me and lent me her wifi and I found a cafe on a hill, bought coffee and my mates turned up!
It was also the day I managed to eat the best hamburger ever after nearly five years.
