Also watch DrKenBerry’s talk on KZbin, about foods to lower insulin levels and 46:37 inflammation. Cutting out yeast, bread, carbohydrates, sugar, tubers, dairy. Depends on each person but try these first. Pizza is a big NO. Keep a journal log too of foods and flare ups afterwards.

Brewer's Yeast which is found in fermented foods has shown to aggravate HS in some patients. I personally would be cautious by adding a little bit at a time to see how your body reacts. Curd is dairy and some patients have issues with dairy and others might now. So, it is all dependant on what you are paying attention to.
