fellow indian here. You have to look into european countries, georgia or poland. Poland hires lot of Indian drivers. About your questions ,no usa don't take drivers . USA is the hardest place to come even for IT , doctors and nurses. Only Americans citizens and green card holders are allowed to drive trucks in the united states.
