Day 3 of our Anniversary trip to Chicago

Welcome back my little adventurers to day 3 of our anniversary trip to Chicago. Today was our day to do some more city exploring as well as see a show. Today we ventured to the Willis tower (formerly the sears tower) where we got to do the sky deck adventure. This was great because when you first get there and check in there is a museum walk about the history of Chicago as well as the history of the Willis tower. Then we headed up to floor 103 to check out the Sky Deck! This is a clear window box that you can walk out onto. Normally I wouldn’t do something like this but hey I was feeling adventurous. We got a 360 video of the city and wow was it amazing. Then we headed into the city and decided to do the river walk. The River walk starts at N Upper Wacker Dr and goes all the way to the lake. They have bars and restaurants along the way so we had to find a place to get a margarita lol! Then we headed to Arlington heights for some good food and to see Ragtime at the Metropolis Performing Arts Center. The area around the theater had a bunch of different restaurants as well as shops and bars. The show did not disappoint and I was super excited to see this show.
