Welcome to the Quad B channel! This is my daily video journal where I talk about a range of topics from my moods, my struggles, and my triumphs managing my bipolar disorder. I am committed to uploading daily videos where I advocate for awareness, visibility and acceptance for those diagnosed with bipolar disorder by sharing my own experiences.
All opinions in each upload are my own and should not be taken as medical advice, please consult your managing physician or health care team for any medical decisions. Individually our voices may be silenced by society, but together we can build a platform for necessary social change and eradication of negative stigmas attached to our disorder.
