Absolutely relate to your perspective on where we find ourselves in society, I mentioned the story of the golden Buddha on an old video. We all need honesty, we're at a stage of evolution where the darkness/ shadow needs to be processed in a healthy way. Love your work, my life has falsed me to confront me but I have faith/ trust, that underneath the conditioning is the golden Buddha ❤👍

I've been really working on my personal joy no matter what goes on around me and I've felt a big shift, thank you! My husband is having a difficult time with potentially drastic changes with his work. He keeps saying that I'm not "there for him". I think I've been having difficulty empathizing with others that are struggling while still maintaining my joy. How do we deal with maintaining our inner joy while someone is being super grumpy and snappy to us and wants us to empathize and be there for them, support them when it's extremely uncomfortable to be around them?

Dear Dr. Shefali the problem is if you loose your child maybe from organ transplant failure or from some "no humans" who rapped and kill it, how can you keep on going after that? Thats not a normal way of experience death is it? I would love to hear your thoughts about something like that. Thank you!
