At 63 I’ve learned there is definitely a reason for everything you go through in life. Sometimes you understand immediately & sometimes you learn later. Sometimes it’s best not to understand and just move on. God will always answer you in his perfect & I do mean perfect timing. Talk to Him all the time ( include Him) in all you do. Ask for His guidance ( His will) to be done in your path of life. Learn your lessons the first time around or you will get to go through the same lesson over and over ( like a merry go round) until you finally get it. Over all, Know God has your back & loves you way more than you will ever understand ( here on earth). Relax, let go & truly let God. The end 🤗

Cherish that time with your children (teach them, love them, play with them) this is the time you have total control over what they see, hear and do before the world gets ahold of them they grow up so fast that time can never be replaced or done over. So the dishes need to be done the futniture dusted etc (im not saying be a slob or never do them put the kids first those other things can be dont when they are in bed or at school. They will be grown and gone in a blink. Make them your priority. TEACH THEM ABOUT GOD AND JESUS, Respect, responsibilities consequences accountability sharing giving and love. I worked a full time and part time job to survive so I get it i missed a lot but i didnt make the most of the time I DID HAVE BECAUSE OF THINGS THAT COULD HAVE WAITED. JUST BREATH AND TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME BE STILL ANF KNOW HE IS GOD (Jesus take the wheel)

I am blessed to have a husband who worked a full time and part time job so that I could be at home with our children. There is nothing more rewarding than having a husband who believes the word "submission" goes both ways. With 6 children between us and 19 grandchildren we have been blessed for the past 40 years.

25:28 I believe this is saying that while we are to love everyone, it is ok to walk away. We can love someone from a distance. By living according to God's way - do not slander, be peaceable and considerate, and always gentle - we are still loving that person, just not up close. We can pray for them, but from a distance.

Love your husband, love your children…pour into them! Pray for them, keep order in your home with grace, and SAVOR THIS TIME! It goes by so quickly then you get to do it all over again with your grands….in the sweetest most wonderful way! The Lord is faithful! He is soooo good!

My younger Sisters: Doing it God's way - I learned in following His Word and His design for being a joyful woman - it is a blessing and glorifies God. It is more peaceful in your soul and in your home to do so. God has a reason for everything He asks us to do. He wants you to thrive in your role. Ask The Holy Spirit to teach and guide you during this season.

58 years young here with 4 grown children. My advice to the young moms is savor each moment because in the blink of an eye they are grown. Be very present in their lives, always striving to show positivity even in the not so positive moments. Just love them unconditionally and always be their safe place. You can never say I Love You too much! Make sure you do more listening than talking when that is what they are needing.

There is a season for everything. Remember your spouse support, encourage, and pray for them. They are your life long partner. Children are your little worriers for the Lord. That are intrusted to you, by God to bring up in the way they should go. Pray over them as well everyday. When they grow up and have a family of their own, the whole life style and commitment grows. It's so wonderful to hear your grandchild ask you questions about the Bible and praise the Lord, with songs and prayers. Always do your best and give God the praise and glory for everything good or bad. He can change everything. Put God first and everything else will fall into place.

I love in Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men TEACHING us ( grace used as a verb here ) denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we should live soberly; righteously and godly in this present world. There is a lot in these 2 verses the Lord showed me, the word “ teaching” means to direct, train, correct,chastise, instruct ( Greek # 3811 ) training up a child,discipline. God’s grace does all of these things for our benefit and His glory, This word “ teach “ is used as all of these words throughout the New Testament. Jesus used it in Rev 3:19 saying “ As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten; be zealous therefore and repent “

To all the young mothers out there, it’s important to understand that your children are gonna be little for just a very, very short time. They are traveling through your house. They are visitors in your house. So train them, knowing that they won’t be in your house always. Prepare them for life! Teach them how to talk to God on their own.

I am 61yo and still have a 22yo living at home while she goes to college. My eldest is 36yo with 4 children from 8-15yo (love my grandbabies!). To those younger and in the midst of raising children: this time is exhausting but how you treat your babies today will stay with them their whole lives. Find the patience and time to both enjoy being with your children but also include praying with them and reading the Bible. You are laying a foundation. Also, they may make mistakes and choices you don't like one day. It's important you support them during the trial while not always accepting their decisions. It's a tricky walk, but I have personally seen this work. Instead of feeling rejected they come back to you like the prodigal son did.

Over 50 here and my advice for the younger woman is to find your church “your people” and a good place to start is in a building. Hind sight is 20/20. Thank you Holly for day 353 This is one of your best for enlightening me.

Thank you for sharing your heart. It’s important to remember that Paul also wrote about singleness and not everyone being called to the same path (1 Corinthians 7). Motherhood is a beautiful calling, but it’s not the only way to honor God. Anna, the prophetess, devoted her life to worship and prayer, serving God in a unique way (Luke 2:36-38). If God hasn’t placed the desire for children in your heart, that’s okay. Stay faithful in the calling He’s given you-you are fearfully and wonderfully made for His purpose!

I am a 43 year old mother of 1 who is now 20. Savor every moment. Only stand firm and fight for things that are needed, not trivial things. Is this going to matter on 5 min? 5 years? Show your child love and affection. Don’t body shame anyone (yourself included), your children hear and that is how they may begin to speak of themselves and others. Enjoy the little things. Take a deep breath.

Good afternoon Heart Dive Family, I am a woman that would have been married 41 years on 12/9, however God saw fit to call me husband back to Himself 5 years ago. One of the things that I would advise young couples, pray together as husband and wife and then pray with your children. May the Grace and peace of our Savior be with all young married couples. Mentorship with a matured Christian is very necessary. I pray that we all find a Christian mentor.

What does it mean to respect your partner/people- what are actions to show Godly respect?
@heartdive23 күн бұрын
Respecting your partner, as seen in Titus 2, means honoring them in words, actions, and attitude, reflecting Christ’s love and humility. It involves listening, speaking kindly, and valuing their role in your life. Practical advice: Speak to them with kindness, even in disagreements (meaning we can disagree but we can still be kind). Acknowledge their efforts and strengths. Pray with and for them regularly. Serve one another with humility, putting their needs before your own.
