Just turned 66 and have been in church and studied the Bible all my life. But this is the first time I’ve read it all the way through. I am 56, a PK who thought after sitting in church most of my life I knew all I needed to about the Bible and what it said I found out I knew nothing. Yay!! Yay… I just finished reading the New Testament for the first time!!! It was amazing to capture the beauty of His word and understanding the ancient context with what it means in our present and future. My biggest takeaway is Christ is where the Love, Peace and Joy is! He WAS and IS and IS TO COME! I can’t wait for His return!! And I can’t wait to start the New Testament on Jan 1st!!! Thank you Tara-Leigh Cobble!

Maybe try the entire Bible. It is harder but soooo worth it! Audio makes it tremendously easier, especially in the really hard books. We need both Old and New. Tara Leigh's recap helps it all make sense💝

It took so much out of me, that I said to myself no way was I going to read the entire bible again. Time to celebrate the opening TBR music jingle with the “TBR Shoulder Shimmy”! (Yes, I actually shimmy shoulders during the opening music). And then we conclude with a joyful teary-eyed moment with TLC as we say together, “Amen, come Lord Jesus!” I have to say that I didn’t expect there to develop a community of regular KZbin commenters, and throughout this year, we’ve shared our insights, our inspirations, and even our heartbreaking losses saying goodbye to family, whom we’ll rejoin at the Feast of the Lamb. Come Lord Jesus, and rejoin us soon in Your everlasting joy, peace, and presence! This is my 18th trip reading the Bible in a year, and my 4th with TLC. I’ve lost count at the different Bible in a Year plans I’ve been through, and there’s nothing like TBR with the TLC videos. Thank you for spending all of Summer 22 filming these for us!

Wow thank you Tara Lee, team and fellow believers! We did it! First time to complete from cover to cover! 🎉 I’m teary-eyed and filled with joy just as TLC finished saying, “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!” He truly is where the joy is! I couldn't help but remember that verse in Nehemiah 8:10 “The joy of the Lord is my strength.” There are so many other ones on joy- just look up! 😘 There is an old song sung by Twila Paris called The Joy of the Lord. Rev 21:3-4, ..."God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain for the old order of things has passed away." I long for this day and cannot wait to have no more death, mourning, crying, or pain. I write these words in tears as I think about how our family has endured so much loss over the past few years. I just lost another uncle on my dad's side this past week and tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of my cousin's death on my mom's side. So much death and sorrow in this life, but I cling to the hope we have in Him and this future in the pages of His word that we read today.

Celebrate!! My first time reading the Bible thru at age 67. Praise God for this study! I’m bringing at least 4 people with me in 2024. Can’t stop talking about the joy and blessing I have received. This year I want to dig deeper into the info TLC provides in the drop down box and really study. Thanks to TLC and the whole team. 🎉

This has been such a blessing! 2nd trip with TBR . First time in 2020, and the Word of God literally pulled me out of depression. 4 years later, I have a new baby and a restored marriage, and a weekly bible study group at my home. I'm also grateful to all those who comment and share what they've learned. He's where the joy is!!! 😊

My God shot is found in Revelation 21:22-23 - “I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.” The day of the New Jerusalem is coming. Do you know the Creator of all? What joy and peace is found in Him! I look forward to the day God tells Jesus to go get His Bride.

This was my ninth time of reading through the Bible and yes, I learned something new every day! The Word is awesome and amazing in every way! I thank the Lord for Tara Leigh and the others who helped us get a better understanding of His precious Word. Let’s all do it again!❤

Amen! Come, Lord Jesus! This was my second time through the whole Bible but my first time listening to TLC along with it. Thank you TLC for your love and devotion to God and His word.
