I resolved the issue and like to share the issue I hope most of the new/ Beginners will face. Reason I faced this error was because of the order and some missing files but while searching for the error I faced and fixed the issue , so sharing the possible steps through which you can resolve the error:- 1) Python Environment Mismatch: My GitHub Actions workflow is set up for Python 3.8 and 3.9, but my tox configuration also includes Python 3.7. I did ensure that the Python versions are consistent across your CI/CD pipeline. Note :- Remove the unnecessary python version i.e. exclude versions on which you dont want to perform the CI testing. 2)Test Directories: Verify that your test files are correctly placed in these directories and that they follow the naming conventions recognized by pytest (e.g., test_unit.py). [Note :- Check if the tests file placed in right order and named correctly] 3)Requirements File: The dependencies line in [testenv] refers to requirements_dev.txt. we need to make sure this file exists and contains all the necessary packages, including pytest. 4)Commands Execution: The commands listed under [testenv] are executed sequentially. If any command fails, tox will stop executing subsequent commands. Ensure that all commands are working as expected. [To enusre this , check the structure and order of your directory and ci.yml ] 5)Verbose Output: The -v flag in the pytest commands provides verbose output. Check the logs to see if pytest is giving any detailed information about why it's not finding or running tests. [ In my case , detail and discriptive output was not enough, you have to check the logs] Hope the solution will work if any one faced the issue. cheers 🥂 🥂

ok Resolved. The issue was I was not creating a new release and the publish workflow was using my older code which had issues with test file name conventions.
