This year is seems as though CrossFit has forgotten about the accessibility of those who love CrossFit and have watched it every year. I don't have access to ESPN, every year l've watched and supported through KZbin and now this ear has been the most annoving with coverage - I've missed multiple heats because vou decide to put it on ESPN+ and make it about money. I understand things cost money but A LOT of people don't have access to ESPN/ESPN+. This year has truly shown me how little they care about showing the world their amazing athletes. I hope next year the coverage is accessible for EVERYONE and makes it easy. It also sucks that this is the year you delete every video after posting because you want people to watch it on ESPN - poor sportsmanship

Not very accessible and disappointing to not see the podium and awards for the age and adaptive divisions as well. I've watched the games since 2015 and the coverage gets worse each year. The more the focus is on just the Elites and limiting to one specific outlet like ESPN that viewers have to pay for just makes the sport less abailable

Just so disappointed in the coverage from the CrossFit games. This was absolute trash. Couldn’t watch multiple events live. We were told “the event will be available the next morning” which they weren’t so had no clue who advanced / got cut. And you couldn’t even steam the final event so we had no clue who ended up winning. I have no issue with a partnership with ESPN but use that as a way to draw in new viewers. Those of us that have been watching since 2008, paying our affiliate fee & Open fee every year, I think we at least deserve to see the events at a minimum. Not even going to go into the non-existent coverage of masters/age groups. Especially when the masters is comprised of athletes we grew up watching and were excited to see competing. Just an absolute shit show from the CrossFit organization.

I’m trying to stay updated and not read the results on social media, but I can’t avoid knowing the results before I can even watch the events. This is why ESPN made this deal. Their app sucks and no one uses it, so they do deals like this to try and force fans to download and pay for it. CF has never cared about the fans, the games are a cashgrab and nothing more

Other countries didn’t get to see event 12, there was no swim event, and the podium ceremony wasn’t streamed. WTF? End of an era in Madison and there were preventable failures. Do better.

I don't understand the entitlement in the comment section. If the CrossFit Games management and investors want put it on ESPN or make people pay for it in other forms, they have the right to do so. They also have the possibility of failing because of these decisions. Let the market decide what happens from there.

Dang CrossFit this is what you choose to do?? 1st not airing the age groups and adaptive then putting the last event through a pay wall that nobody wants, then the cherry on top being that the platform that nobody wants that you force people to pay for to view the final content doesn’t even play all the content. This is laughable. You think this will help you but I can pretty much bet you’ll lose money in the end…what a shame.
