My whole life I’ve loved to travel and I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease, but I’m not letting it stop me from visiting my favorite places and enjoying delicious food. I have many years of experience working in theme park food and beverage and being a restaurant manager. I’m so thankful to have previous knowledge about allergies as I have now shifted to a gluten-free lifestyle.
