I have 3D printed many of my designs which have threads. I find that you can achieve better results when using Fusion to generate a thread on only one body, then using the combine / Boolean cut to produce a thread and any other detail like mating faces on the second body, in the case of your design the lid. Then use offset faces to produce the fit you want. Also I use variable layer height to print only the thread at a finer resolution. This speeds up the overall print time without really impacting the quality.

You can export your components to .Step files for your slicer. Allowing for even more resolution in your parts.

Классно, я даже и не думал что уменьшив толщину слоя можно лучше напечатать нависания. Спасибо!

No need to offset the thread faces to add some extra clearance?

No need assuming you are reducing the layer height within your slicer to catch those finer details

I would probably have done it by using variable layer height... You basically just paint on the layers that you want smaller layers / detail. In this way you can print the rest of the basic shape with bigger layers.... When it gets to the threads you can get fine. That way you don't impact the overall print time.
