Excellent vdo, Neha ji I am 63 years, having only one son , he is in US, I see my daughter in you.I will request you to make one series of different Asans to be practiced daily.As you said that every day we have to focus on different part of body, so make sets of Asans which will cover entire body parts in a week. You should avoid anything which will put pressure on the stomach and should avoid inversion postures like headstand handstand shoulder stand et cetera. You can always practise very mild and simple postures like Surya namaskara and others😊🙏

There are mainly nine poses which helps you relief from Spondylitis. They are: Child’s pose, Bridge pose, Downward facing dog, Cobra pose, Locust pose, Mountain pose, Cat pose, Cow pose and Staff pose. Please don't push yourself too hard. Always try to listen your body.
