You teach wonderful yoga..I am happy to be your student. I have been doing badhkonasan since a long time even before my pregnancy but now while doing that asan, I have pain in my groin area on the right side. This pain is persistent during the day as well. Can you suggest any counter asan to overcome this pain? I had a c section 3 months ago.
