Ohhh my God...i am able to do this. I could not believe it when i really lifted myself on 6th day itself.i always believed that my arms are very very weak as i can't do push ups also but I did it so smoothly that it did not even feel like that it was very difficult at the first place. Thank you very much for this course. Now i am going to follow you for other aasans as well.

Neha,Shorter the duration is sweeter; You said it right, Yoga is a non-violent activity, relaxation should be in pari passu with the postures attainment, your demonstration of Chakra is excellent. Thanks'.why the practice of chakra, improves the flexibility of the "Spine" which is rudimentary for attainment of "Sthira, Sukha, Asana," one of the limbs of "Patanjali's eightfold limbs of yoga., facilitating meditation. Nehaji's efforts go long way in making "Yogic society" in the days to come.

For a while yes this will help you to strengthen your back more. As you feel your spine is strong then eventually you can practise this series once in awhile whenever you want to work on your spine😊🙏
