Ohhh my God...i am able to do this. I could not believe it when i really lifted myself on 6th day itself.i always believed that my arms are very very weak as i can't do push ups also but I did it so smoothly that it did not even feel like that it was very difficult at the first place. Thank you very much for this course. Now i am going to follow you for other aasans as well.

Neha,Shorter the duration is sweeter; You said it right, Yoga is a non-violent activity, relaxation should be in pari passu with the postures attainment, your demonstration of Chakra is excellent. You have Kapala-bhathi. May god bless u with good health, since you are an asset to society. ( Samatvam yoga uchachate)

Thanks'.why the practice of chakra, improves the flexibility of the "Spine" which is rudimentary for attainment of "Sthira, Sukha, Asana," one of the limbs of "Patanjali's eightfold limbs of yoga., facilitating meditation. Nehaji's efforts go long way in making "Yogic society" in the days to come.

It depends on body to body if you find it too tight on your spine then please go slow don’t force yourself take it easy😊🙏

hy mam ....this is my 5th day ..I practiced today but I practiced all other days also😓 (1 2 3 day 4)as we are not supposed to do because fifth day is relaxation day ....now what should I do tomorrow..can u please tell me ....pls reply 😊🙏🏿

When I started practising yoga I was really bad at flexibility then I realised only practice will help you to get better if I can I am sure you can do so just keep practising all the best😊🙏

Hllo mam I'm follow ur yoga chakarasan session And do it 2 times a day And 3-4 day cramps are started in d stomach like before the periods days But mere periods ko kafi time hai abhi So what I do ??

After seven days and successfully achieving the chakrasana, do we need to repeat those 7 days practice again?

For a while yes this will help you to strengthen your back more. As you feel your spine is strong then eventually you can practise this series once in awhile whenever you want to work on your spine😊🙏
