No joke! I made a small comment over an edit made on an Enhypen album being cheesy and some girl got pissed and told me I was basically slandering them..over a CHEESY EDIT on a photobook. Like..???

i’ve noticed this too…no offence to younger kpop stans but everytime i click a profile of someone slandering a group and calling songs flops or whatever they ALWAYS have “minor” written in their bios. they think everything is a competition and only their faves are the best

Not me covering my face in shame as you go on your rant about how much you dislike talk saxy lol. I originally thought it was an okay song, but as I listened to it more I ended up really liking it. I especially love the bridge. If there is something that SM is going to do right, it's the bridge. I don't really care for memories and as for get a guitar... let's say that if the song comes on I'll let it play, but I don't go out of my way to listen to it. Siren on the other hand is absolutely up my alley. Now on the topic of collecting. I really dislike how many album versions there are nowadays and the astronomical amount of POBs these companies are doing. It's such a turn off from collecting. This is honestly why I prefer to buy what I can from Target and then buy the rest second hand from Mercari.

Shy, I understand your dilemma over not feeling like an OT8 collector but the way I’ve always looked at it…album cards are usual “base” of everyone’s collections, and who they collect for album cards kind of defines their entire collection. Since you’ve always collected OT8 for Ateez’s album pcs, I’ve never once thought anything BUT that you’re an ot8 collector. That’s not to mention that you have other ot8 sets for pobs, merch etc. I think you may just be overthinking a tiiiiiny bit but this might also be indicative of the fact that you want certain pcs of the other members not in your T4. I think the switching up idea is a good one. Maybe you could make another binder for “Alternating T4 Sets”. That way you don’t have any issues with feelings of discontinuity or things being out of place. I’m so excited for your end of year collection tour!!!!! Thank you for all your hard work ♥️

The problem is the amount of pobs these groups are putting out. One of my ult groups is IVE and I would love to collect full group. But I have limited myself to collecting Yujin only because of the amount of pobs. The only thing I can think of is to maybe continue collecting Hongjong in full and a few selected OT8 sets. By the way, I love your videos! I will support you either way. Also is the group you are considering collecting full group for is it Zerobaseone?

Hot take but I feel like SM knew/planned on having a low effort group like RIIZE but needed people to take interest in some way by randomly taking Shotaro and Sungchan out of NCT, out of nowhere, and throw them into RIIZE, since they knew the public would follow them around since they gained enough popularity.

hi! I just wanted to say thanks for your honest opinions haha. it’s so refreshing from some other perspectives I’ve heard, especially online. personally, i LOVE!!! stray kids! Chan is my absolute favorite idol ever and I am absolutely obsessed with him! however, I totally understand why some might not enjoy their music, cuz we all have different tastes lmao! also, I love and respect Riize and that people love them, but I don’t really like their music either tbh. anyways, thanks for a great video and have a lovely day everyone!

My solution for my favorite group non album PCS is to collect as many ot8 sets as I can, and when I can't have the full set, only my bias... The goal is always full set, I can't choose only some members. I"m prepared to have a hundred SKZ binders one day, and that's perfect 👍😅 But I only collect all SKZ and now xikers Hunter, so I guess it 's more simple than having a lot of different collection, I stay focused... Listen I collect Seonghwa, Yuta, Wonbin, and Wonyoung. . . among others send help lol (and we really do love the longform content I can listen/watch things while I work and I've been loving this series and all the honestly, also same opinions on some things I love the skz boys with all my heart but have not been re-listening much since oddinary sadly. we all have our own tastes and even those can change over time

and with the collection part i’m an itzy and twice collector , with twice they don’t really do fan calls so we don’t get as many fs pobs what’s good and it’s easy to collect, but with Itzy i’m struggling to get so many because the amount they’ve done for kill my doubt it was insane, i’m not even a 4th to completed my ryujin pobs plus it doesn’t help when you bias the popular members. Ryujin is a PAIN to collect non album pcs. Jeongyeon on the other hand is so much more easier to collect.

I feel the same way about Riize..such potential and then it was utter trash....maybe my standards are too high,maybe i expected something more.... you have helped me get into Ateez..(i was a casual fan after seeing their mama 2019 performance and seeing my ults BTS react to them,)Now they are Semi Ults with Enhypen-Ults Bts and SVT.. I wish i could collect ot8 but i cant,so will start with my bias line of Seonghwa,Mingi and Wooyoung.(from outlaw) Your videos are so fun

if you do end up counting your pcs with a counter, you could also just add the total nr. of pcs per binder after that binder has been flipped through - if this makes sense.. just another suggestion. not that you absolutely have to make a counter, as that is indeed a lot of work. also i am kind of excited to see the length of that video and if it tops last years flip-through. edit to add: i totally agree with you about talk saxy, tbh. i don't like this song either, although i absolutely love memories and get a guitar - i really just need to see what their upcomming album sounds to figure out if i actually stan them (i adore the members)

Hi. 1st of all, your feelings about Talk Saxy are true. I HATE That song, but I do like Siren and Get a Guitar. Still neither song made me wanna buy the RIIZE album. Shotaro and Seungchan are faves of mine too, but RIIZE isn't a band I'd want to collect. I hate SM as a company, and try to not buy from them if I don't have to. 2nd, your feelings about not being an ot8 collector are valid, but as someone said, you collect the album cards so I believe that counts. Since you have neither the time, space, or cash for it, I say continue doing as you've been doing. Focus on your album cards, then grab fave cards for all members if possible. What I've decided do for my 3 wreckers (Hongjoong, Mingi, and San) is give them a separate binder with some of my fave cards by them. I organize them by vibe, like, San has a red hair section started as well as one where he's wearing long sleeve shirt, tie, and perhaps specs. HJ has his cowboy section as does Mingi and so on. That may not work for you, but giving my guys who I don't collect as much a theme, gives me reasons to buy cards and in turn have more of a purpose. 3rd, as for your feelings on other bgs, I have to say I've fallen for a couple of the newer groups. KINGDOM is now an ult, and I also started stanning EVNNE and ONEPACT. I'm a noise music gal, but I also like some chill music. Both those aforementioned can make a little of both, so Im definitely interested. Hurts that EVNNE is only temporary, but its okay. I'll deal. The grp I don't like is ZB1. Their music is so boring to me. I havent given the 2nd album a listen, but Youth in the Shade wasn't my taste. I love the guys, esp Gunwook and Ricky, but yeah can't buy them at all! Groups I think you wanna collect fully 1. LESSERAFIM 2. ZB1 3. Enhypen maybe? I dunno how you keep up with all of them, but hope you find the solution to your dilemma. i love hearing people’s opinions , even if i don’t share the same opinions, as a girl group stan this year for ggs has been amazing and i stan some boy groups like TXT, astro , xikers . I had the same kind of issue but with stray kids. I loved seungmin and i still do and i wanted to collect him so bad , but i could not stand their music like i hate it . I said to myself if i liked this come back album “ROCKSTAR” i’d collect him again but my gosh i hated it even more 😭 It’s not even noise music i dislike because i love xikers sm but i couldn’t listen to half of skz new album
