Great that you found insurance in Cambodia! Worry-free on the road. Thanks for sharing! I did not go through such busy street you did. Google sometimes cant help lol. The dorm was so vacant. Hope you were not all alone during your stay 😉 why did your gf or wife not join you this time?

haha i have since avoided that road, else where is good to drive.. ya man, really shortage of information especially for malaysia cars like us.. eventually there were 10 bed out of 12 filled, but weird when i came back, i think some drunk dude slept on my bed along with my belongings LOL.. it's a long trip, being around 70 days now for me, she was still working while i resigned, so had to hold up a while before she could join me, real soon though, less than a week we will meet in Bangkok!

@bokchoy.travels That sounds super fun when a couple can travel together. At least you have someone to help record the contents for you (at least in my case my wife will help when i need her to) lol. More eyes on the road = safer too :) and you will not be lonely 👫 so you are going back to Bangkok, and then where to? Have a blast!

@bokchoy.travels how i wish i can have 70 days too! Ha. But one thing for sure, if things go as planned, I will resign and drive to Europe. That is my dream :) Fingercross!

@@59Wanders @59Wanders oh yeah, definitely more fun travelling as a couple and have shared experiences together! I am picking up my girlfriend at Bangkok airport 7th nov so really really soon, we head west Thailand visit some Thai friends I met along the way, then head for a mountain hike at Pilok area.. then we will plan day by day from there LOL.. eventually we will go Laos and Cambodia when our Thai visa ends then back to Malaysia. ya man, cannot wait for someone to help film, damn jialat man, now i need film and stand by camera all by myself though i have gotten used to haha.. Europe trip would be nice bro.. if it were even to happen, my next trip would polly be india and central asia or Africa, maybe ship the van over.. maybe i need go back to work and save up and plan first haha

Hihi, photocopy 2 additional sets of these Thailand customs form that you previously received (tends to help the crossing process) when entering Thailand: The vehicle import and export form belongs to Thailand side, when you drive into any Thai border to enter Thailand, you will get: a. Vehicle import export form (photocopy 2 copies) b. TM2 form aka vehicle passport (photocopy 2 copies) So Thailand take back original, Cambodia take one set, then you still have one more set spare with you after you crossed into Cambodia Anymore questions feel free to ask, today i driving 9 hours on the road so didn't see you question, hope my reply came in time.
