FYI: the black square is to covered the reflection of jurors which some of us can see the jurors during livestream which they agreed to avoid filming those jurors, unfortunately reflection showed some of jurors! It’s better to have video of part two than nothing, I am sure they will adjust the camera position on Monday, cut daily moth and Callie some slack as they all made huge effort to filming the court for deaf audience around the world especially during pandemic, hat off to them!

FYI, the sound cuts off from about 1:03:00 to 1:16:55. I understand ASL so I can still follow what's happening, but I find it interesting to hear the attorney's questions and watch the interpreters.

Remember that Mavrick packed up everything including the tent after he murdered Grant. Any tent you may have seen that was set up would have been a re-creation by detectives for examination purposes only and they may not have bothered using rocks. But Mavrick removed everything from the camp site.

After the items were shown on the projector at 1:04:38 seconds, the sound shut off. I’m guessing it was accidentally shut off when the camera was moved. I was a little disappointed but I do know ASL so that was okay. Just wanted to let u know the sound shut off

Why isn’t the interpreter doing her job? The interpreters waiting for the full question and then try to remember what was said and interpret it. That’s wrong. Also, I noticed that Maverick is answering the question before the interpreter is finished asking the question. So Maverick is hard of hearing?

The interpreter was amazing. The lag in time is so that she can accurately interpret the question. ASL grammar is quite different from English so she needs lag time to make sure she’s got the concept correct before signing

Yes, if he is guilty, he will have to answer for it. But God loves Mavrick and there is time for him to ask for forgiveness. One important thing that Jesus said is that we shouldn’t judge people because we will be judged in the same way. Let God and the court judges do the judging. Instead, let us all pray for Mavrick that he will change his heart and mind.
