When you will have your marksheet totally depends on the University, your performance in exams, the evaluation of your papers, the final allocation of marks, and the date when you get your marksheet. No one can accurately predict all these things. Just focus on your performance and you will get your marksheet at the time that will be appropriate for your destiny. Hope this helps.
