I’m 39 my hairline started receding the same way over the years. Black castor, oil, rosemary, oil, peppermint oil. Mix those together, apply to your hair and scalp you are guaranteed to see results as I have. I wash my hair once at the end of each month. Within those months every 2 to 3 days I rinse my hair and scalp in the shower and reapply the essential oil mix after drying my hair to a damp state. He can use medical therapy together with the hair transplant to sustain what he has. Also, unfortunately with medical therapy, he may be able to tolerate it now but not long term.
