I feel you Colin, I’m 203lbs. I want to get back to 185lbs. With these spine issues it’s hard to exercise the way I want to. I don’t be hungry in the morning, no breakfast. Lunch time not hungry so I eat a sandwich or something lite like a salad to take my meds. Normal dinner sometimes a snack in the evening. Those weights can be hard if you don’t lift regularly. You have a good metabolism..

Sliced apples and peanut butter is a great snack. But you need to add more protein if you’re lifting weights and you need to eat within a calorie deficit burn more calories than you take in and cut out all those sweets. You’ll makeit. I lost 18 pounds and a month walking 15,000 steps a day not even lifting weights just walking so just imagine lifting weights and walking. You gonna knock this out of the park you got this.. also go to Sam’s or Costco and buy some Premier shakes. You can drink them cold. You can mix them with your coffee and they taste really good.
