I remember when the cbr4 was the meta for about 5 seasons too... Is still good tough .

Not as much. The base BSA is bad and even if you stack it you wouldn't get the old beam one. Ranged damage reduced but it still has the buffed horizontal recoil (vs when released) so its still viable if you know how to use it.
