Hi Jen and Tim , welcome home. Sorry that you're feeling a bit under and I hope you all get to feeling better. Im so jazzed to see the rest of your 20 minute vlogs...like I said...Im so totally living vicariously thru your vlogs of Disneyland! I totally get " the day(s) after vacation" blues...for lack of a better term- jetlag and all. Any how, you mentioned of getting to be able to " do it again" and possibly go thru another Disney park. Just in case you both fly thru Honolulu on your way to either Disney Tokyo or Disney Shanghai, any chances of you might try having an over niter at the Disney Aulani? Would love to meet you both and go take you to eat some foods we have here...like a "plate lunch" , a Hawaiian plate from Highway Inn Waipahu, a locomoco or even the local barbeque. Anywhose....get well, have a great time catching up with the pooches....and of course getting back into the groove of things. Welcome home!

When we came back after staying at the Loews Royal Pacific and exploring Universal for a week we felt exactly the same. Unfortunately I had to go back to work the very next morning, which really sucked. Hopefully Jen and Tim you both feel better soon!

Tylenol severe cold tablets work great for allergies. Flonase also works great against the pollen but it does smell funny when you spray it in your nose.

Ive heard its the best time to travel to Japan the flights from the states are really cheap at the moment saying that the new Singapore Disneyland is opening this year with some very unique rides that are not in the other Disney parks.

Get a large bowl or basin of boiling water and put mint crystals in it . Hang your head over the basin/bowl with a towel over your head so it covers your head and the bowl/basin . And take deep breaths . Its like a little tent that sorts your blocked sinuses out . Get well soon .

Something I never knew or considered. After I watched your vlog you mentioned Tokyo Disneyland. So I started to look into it. Regarding the hotel pools, it specifically mentions if you have a tattoo, you are not allowed to use public pool incase other guests see your tatoo. Plus it is a very un user friendly site, very glitchy. I did like their Disney Friends hotel which are still on site, like the Sheraton.

The pollen here in Florida really has been extremely ridiculous lately, Jenn. Try taking some Benadryl and put a warm washcloth over your face. I also heard Mucinex D helps a lot with congestion and reduces sinus pressure, but you gotta get it at a Pharmacy with your ID. Hopefully those suggestions help! It's good to see Bandit and Armani back in the vlogs. I hope you guys feel better soon!

ClaritinD is the only thing that will stave off the sinus headaches and lessen the pressure for me. It works better if I take it just as it is coming on, though it will work if I take it later on though too. You have to ask for it at the pharmacy though, and you gotta sign off for it, because it has to have the "D" decongestant in it. The Claritin on the shelves is not really as effective on sinus pressure from allergies.

When your pool went out of focus it looked liked it was full of goldfish not leaves. Isn't it rubbish when you've had a great time then feel ill first day back. It also seems weird that you get jet lag travelling in the same country, at least I have an excuse, 9 hour flight and 5 hour time difference. But hopefully after Jenn gets some medicine, and Tim a good nights sleep you will both be feeling back to normal.

In the UK we have Olbas Oil. I suffer so bad with my sinuses and I put a few drops on my pillow at night and it's made life so much better. If it's particularly bad I put a few drops in boiling water and I go over the bowl for 15 mins and its eyes watering heaven. Hope your feeling better soon 👃🏽

For my allergy I take some cetirizine (a German brand though, not Wal-Zyr or any American brand, but the active ingredient is the same) to prophylactically prevent this "allergic shock". I always take that stuff, I have to take them about 2 or 3 days before they start to work but then I don't have any problems at all, not even when I'm on vacation in Florida or somewhere else in the United States. I really recommend trying cetirizine, just take one pill each morning (works best for me, they tend to make you sleepy, but after the first coffee the sleepiness is gone :-)) and you'll never have to deal with that allergy anymore.
