Hi Pete, You are a bit older than me, but not by much. I have been following you are would like to give a little advice to improve your health, which is is based on my own experience following a heart attack I had five years ago. For most of that time I have had other problems and have tried many things and apart from the exercise I take, nothing worked. Then about 4 months ago I started heading towards a carnivore diet and am gradually eating more and more meat, more eggs, bacon, butter, cheese and have noticed a big improvement. Watch some videos on "keto" and "carnivore diets", the cholesterol part is not an issue as 90% of you cholesterol is made by the body. Carbs, starch and sugar are the problem mate, along with seed oils and other heavily processed foods. Shel will lose weight too, if she does the same. Good luck the both of you. We don't eat out much, but like my missus Shel can cook well.

Hi there, SukySue, thank you ❤️❤️❤️ How could we forget you? We are pottering about in France just now and still filming but it has been a bit hectic. Pete isn't too well and so we are taking it easy for a bit. We had chatted today about making a short vlog to let everyone know we are taking a couple of weeks out of editing and posting until we can get Pete a bit better. We'll be back in the UK to see the doctor and get Peter fixed up with some more treatment. It is so lovely of you to take the time to check we are ok. ❤️❤️❤️

@@thehappymoho don’t be sorry, I’m sorry you have had to cut your trip short but that is the beauty of motorhomes you can change plans and head home if you have to and you have all your home comforts with you while you go. Take care both xx
