Ruto is going around on top of cars promising projects that will never see reality. With what budget? He has failed to pass a viable Finance bill since he came to office. Health and education sectors are on the floor. They can barely pay salaries. All sectors are threatening strikes. He is so desperate to survive, he brings in opposition. His presidency is a complete failure and needs to be a one-term president. Anyone arguing otherwise either benefits from his chaos, is tribal or lacks analytical skills/intelligence

The sooner Ruto realises he is the problem the better for Kenyans. He has been running all ministries from tendering to procurement thereby rendering his CS's & even parliament impotent & unable to perform. He has encouraged spending spree with the notion that Kenyan taxes belong to him. He uses his eloquence in speech to lie & lie to Kenyans. Last but not least he has never sat in the office since the election, he is either traveling or campaigning in the country.
