Audit issues are raised and closed as they are resolved. It is common practice to exclude from the final audit report, issues that have been closed (procedurally). I read political mischief from Baya in his intended bill to discuss the conduct of the Office of The Auditor General. These office has been a thorn in the flesh of KK government, pointing out misdeeds of the administration!
