I disagree. what these institutions need are good managers like real ceos. people who have run companies successfully. To me Kagwe was or is the best CS of health we ever had. And he did not have a medical background. He was hailed globally as one of the most effective health ministers during Covid. Someone with a medical back ground should be advisors they are not necessarily good managers. Its all about Management in these Ministries. A ceo brings a different perspective. His main job is execution thats their main job to execute , communicate to the public. kagwe fit that role well.

The problem is as a medical intern you can't work without internship unlike other courses where all you need is attachments and personally sought internship

These well educated gen-zs will just go elsewhere. Doctors, nurses and teachers are an essential expenditure. We were about to raise the salaries of politicians...until zakayo got the point!😮😮. An mp should not make a million shillings a month not including the massive perks. The Kenya government is actually a criminal enterprise, that is why we are in Haiti. Americans are willing to look away as long as....😮😮😢

Even doctors can’t work without secure streets and facilities, or running water in their facilities. C+ students these days can attend medical school, and are not that different from plumbers in IQ. So who is more important?
