Day ? - Day 6 after second infusion (Sunday)

Need to start exercising, trying to get my head wrapped around the whole thing. My body is starting to deteriorate so I need to stop focusing on the bad stuff so much and start pushing.
Not expecting to get cancer. I exercised, ate decently, am relatively young, have no family history, etc. Never thought I would get cancer. Learning to accept how it's changed my life and adjusting to it.
Blessed that we found it when we did and how lucky I really am.
Not doing these videos every day. I'll do them but I don't want it to become a burden and added stress.

I mentioned this before but my brother has beat prostate cancer and now has tumor in tonsil area.....but he does work out on a regular basis and he's in his early 70s. Your situation certainly makes me think a lot. parents died in early60s from cancer and now my brother .....I know I need to start exercising again and eat better even though like you mentioned it still can happen...but my brother does say that the exercise has improved his mental health quite a bit appreciate your complete openness and honesty about your health, motivation and people you work with. Don't blame you for not doing the vids everyday. Hoping to keep following you throughout this journey.
