light value makes no sence to me, It would make sense if you were producing light at night and they were drawn to ti but during the day there are numerous light sources as well as the sun ofc.....

Had a thought: Does the bottom stair go underground a bit and the foundation wants to 'snap' to the bottom of stairs? Try removing first stairs and then try placing the foundation.

I agree about the outside decorations like trees and rocks and flowers! Maybe modders in the future would be able to mod this game to add things like that. The buildings for Mike look great there. Ppl suggested that maybe the walkway would work if you took out that bottom step as it might be what is interfering. Thanks for the fun day GameEdged! As always, you are the Best ❣

Loving the progress!! May I mention, I feel like the barbed wire fencing is far more worth the iron then upgrading spikes. It takes 20 frags to upgrade a spike, but technically only 18 frags for the barbed wire, and I feel like the barbed wire does a better job at protecting. Just food for thought! More bang for your buck. Take care!

Hi GE if you put the wire fence to close to your building they can reach in and still damage or destroy it, you have it about 1 to 2 meters from your building or whatever your trying to protect stay safe

Maybe try to destroy the last stair,place foundation low and then stairs on top.. I think you should be abel to continue then with foundation on the ground.

you should build the barbed wire fence around your base from what i have seen in other playthroughs it help your base from getting damaged from attacks.

i would also scatter some spikes further out to buy you a little time or hopefully kill them, but i feel the spikes at the stairs is a good idea too keep up the good work GE

Gameedged you probably couldn't place the foundation at thr bottom of the ramp because the lowest stair gas clipped underground, also I believe you are the cause of the light meter due to the massive number of lights you have put on your bases in previous series, revenge of the dev

You will need atleast 9x9 foundation floor for each NPC Buildings...

Probably your steps go down into the ground a bit. you could try removing the bottom steps, putting in your base foundation, and then re-add the steps. Hope it works. 🙂

remember mike need antidote it takes 5 Mushrooms 3 Fish oils and 1 raw liver and make sure he has repair kits in his storage room along with food so you can set him on repair and logs till you get a green house as he will take care of your plants too water and harvest and plant even the ones you have now.

The antidote doesn't require fish oil anymore, the dev changed it to 3 Tallow

Just started so not sure how it went, however. I had an idea. Might be better to build all the upgraded spikes upstairs, then move all the ones you want to use at once, downstairs. That way they don't destroy them because they just break the regular ones next to them, and can more easily hit the others. Just an idea.

It kind of looks like the DMZ zone between north and south korea ;). I saw someone by the way chop trees on auto by chopping then hitting tab menu then out and it keeps auto chopping.

But I was disappointed that you visited the mine and finished building behind the building on the rock off camera. Was very interested in how it looked after finished. You did not show the back of the building so viewers could see how it looked after finished. Thanks.

Seems like a lot of people are having problems with the Vambies. In my opinion, they need some kind of inertia. there mechanics are a little janky. of course, im sure they will get it worked out. But I think if they moved a little slower had a little bit of inertia and then made more enemies instead it would be more balanced. I see most people just going to one spot and spamming their spear until there dead. Kind of defeats the purpose. Anyways this games amazing.

imo a game stops being fun when things seem next to impossible to win, no its not a challenge anymore when things come to this. it just no longer fun, i mean being forced behind crap that wont save you just give you a few moments before the inevitable. whats the damn point just turns the monsters off/down or damage off for the buildings. screw the default settings lol we are set up to fail with them the dev wants us to fail lol

I must admit the poofing into the base is a tad annoying given you're building a base to protect yourself and they can poof right in... um yeah I agree that it sucks and kinda puts me off playing the game because you feel like your time and effort is wasted. Just a question too, because I don't have this game (or a console currently), do you have to start from scratch each time there's an update for the game? Just curious because if it's an automatic thing, that's a bit annoying too. If not, then no worries. 🙂
