If you won't teach your kids to pick up after themselves t least make the bed correctly. It should be fitted sheet, then top sheet, then blanket and lastly bedspread or comforter.

Encourage your kiddos to clean their own room it will take so much off of your plate. I love that mine are old enough now to clean theirs. Plus it will give them a sense pride and keep it up. And when they hear how proud of them you are and the encouragement from you will make them happy.

I agree with you. I understand that they are going to need a mommas touch but as much as they spend on clothes you would think the kids would respect that and at least pick them up off the floor. She works so hard to make sure the house is clean and even if she enjoys it she deserves a break once and awhile

Teach those boys to make their own beds!!!!. Mornings will be much smoother, and you can’t do it forever. Eventually it will be a disservice to them. The earlier they learn the easier it will be once they leave home at 18. (My mom did everything for me, and learning to do it as a teenager going off to college was brutal) Laundry and dishes too! Our kids need to learn these habits EARLY. Trust me, y’all will be way happier and healthier.
