I worked in a BPO industry before for about 2 years. I tried Outbound and Inbound Calls. When you said that you felt like a robot, that was true. I also felt that way and I felt pressured from my personal problems and also the pressure from work specially that I was in an healthcare account. Now, I’m trying to experience ESL.
