the "plan ahead" tip is the one i try using the most but i am absolutely horrible with it and hope to get it down before i start super hard college courses

i think this will come naturally too - once you have more on your plate you have less and less of a choice (unless you are super capable to pull last minutes) - progress is incremental so dwdw!
