Because she's right handed. The right hand is the one that puts the left handle in the left hand. It's kind of like asking a right handed baseball player why they wear their glove on their left hand.

Right hand not as dominant as the left hand.

@@db7059 There's no chance I can find it but, she has explained that the mic release is muscle memory. She doesn't "see" where the left handle is and catches it. The left hand moves to the agreed upon spot and closes at the agreed upon time. In that way, a lot different than a baseball player since seeing the ball to put the glove where it needs to be and the glove does a lot of the catch for a baseball player.

Is the fluorescent lighting is running at maybe 60Hz or 220Hz? But when the frame rate of your video recording is significantly different, you'll have this flickering effect in the lighting and everything lit up by it.

Hey! I know how it works 😊 couldn’t actually match up the frame rate with lights on that camera. Managed to on my 6400 on the other hand which the final video was filmed on. Long story but my 6400 is on ntsc and my zv1 on pal - their frame rates differ slightly. It doenst have to be significantly different to get the flickering. A tiny difference and it can happen

Ps. Just realised you probably meant the clip when we first got in the studio - I hadn’t adjusted the frame rate and shutter speed at that point. But you’ll see it wasn’t perfect when I had either and there was still a slight flicker I couldn’t get rid of on the day

@LaurenJumps I know, the same problem used to happened with fluorescent lighting and CRT monitors back in the day causing eye strain. I only raise it because sometimes flickering can be an issue for people with epilepsy. I'm not trying to be mean or negatively critical. I'm a big fan. What you do and your story is epic.
