I don't like shopping for food if it's offline because of having to carry it home but unfortunately the main supermarket chains are expensive for delivery and it's cheaper to go to the store and take it home. At least the 🐔 are safe from both Kyle and Maddie because they are vegan.

About the chickens...when we went to Kauai the tour guide told us that there are so many wild chickens because they don't have a natural predator in the island. She also said that the meat from wild chickens is very very tough so people don't eat them.

Some tropical fruits like papaya, pineapple and mangoes tend to increase your body heat and that could be a cause for pimples, so try to eat some cooler fruits as well like cucumbers, coconut water etc to offset your body heat! This is merely an observation and you still look great!
