I made cookies since 2021 and it is a home based bakery. I live in a small town so i still try to increase the selling number. I want to open a bakery but didn't have the money, i am afraid to take a loan ...how lucky that u can open it with ur own money❤love from Indonesia

@@Smittenhamster no i don't, i worked as a teacher before but during the pandemic i had a daughter so i resigned and open my own home bakery. I am confident about the product cuz people loved it but i live in a very small town so yea...i have to work harder to get customer but i am happy 😁thank you for ur kind words it means a lot

Congrats on your new space 🎉 baked goods have a settling period and than a maturing period. Dairy seems to be within hours after cooling to hit peak. Vegan takes longer usually 2 days for flavor to peak.

When I did cakes, I would always bake and freeze them and decorate frozen. I baked at 325°, it takes longer to bake and rises higher, I would level when the cake was in the pan, flip out on a board, and freeze. Love watching your channel, I miss doing cakes.

2:00 hoooooooooooooold the front door! Ur cupcakes are peaking but they’re still good to sell??! I want to open a bakery, and I’ve been trying to perfect the perfect dome shaped cupcakes, the tiniest peak stresses me. Ur telling me it doesn’t even matter?? My friend tried to tell me this: “it doesn’t matter what the cupcake looks like, the icing covers the look and flavour”. I’m amazed he was right 😩
