Great to see another video... always loom forward to them. May I ask how many clients do you work with at once? Or are you assigned to just one client for the duration of the "project" (other than business development activity) then move on to the next client

i usually am on anywhere from like 3-7 projects at a time! depends on how big the project is, what part of the project (beginning, middle, end) we're in, etc.

I always find the stakeholder/client interview things a little biased. Usually upper management is selected and the true pain points don't get exposed and the problems persist. How do you all push past these boundaries to learn from the people actually doing the day-to-day? There's usually a lot of gatekeeping around these opportunities by leadership.

we often try to get interviews with people in a variety of levels and departments! so we can usually see when some people are more in the day-to-day work and others are seeing things more high-level
