Hi. Corina! DH is one of the careers i want to be! I am just trying to think what i really want to do rest of my life! I live in arkansas but there is only two DH schools in my state. I really want to work in Arkansas after graduated. How many dental hygiene schools can i apply? Is there any limit? If i attend a school in texas, i only can take a Texas board exam?? Or i am allowed to take Arkansas board exam even though i go to school in texas???

I believe you need an associates from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program - definitely check out your community college !! You can get a bachelors in Dental Hygiene if you want but that’s not needed for this career nor will it really boost your pay any since your still taking the same board exam at the end
