So many good reasons for employers to embrace flexible working whenever practical - not only increased access for chronically ill and disabled people and people with different family commitments, but also generally suiting different people's working preferences *and* allowing people to do creative work when they are most tuned into their creative side. It's really a win win. Happier healthier workers and higher retention and better quality work/more efficiency!

The editing part that you did when you were talking about how you were in the mornings was SO CUTE and spot on for me as well, lol!

I was diagnosed with IBS aged 12 and depression and anxiety at 18/19. I really have to structure my life (and particularly work) around my health and being a freelance definitely helps. I do still struggle with the idea that I'm not being productive enough compared to/doing as well as my peers, so would love a video on how you deal with that (if you've ever felt similarly!) I guess because my symptoms aren't always physical, so much as general exhaustion or mental, I feel the pressure to push through it more than if I've physically ill.

Would be interesting to hear more about your lime disease story, could be a good video idea and raise awareness about a disease most people don’t know much about

How on earth do you survive financially as a solo mum working 2 days per week, and paying nursery fees for one of those too?

It was interesting to hear the update about your health - glad to hear you're feeling so much better and have found sustainable accommodations. I recalled that you used to not be able to wake up before 8am due to severe nausea due to your liver needing extra processing time (compared with people who have normal liver health and their liver is done processing by the time they wake up). I hope I've remembered that correctly! I was wondering how you were suddenly able to handle the nighttime and early morning wake ups that come with a bio baby - did pregnancy somehow improve your liver function? I have heard that pregnancy can have quite profound positive impacts on other health concerns.

If you’d like to share, what kind of freelance work do you do exactly? Is it writing, graphic design or what. It seems interesting! I like that you create a working schedule that works so well for you 😊

I had to backup and figure the time out... you'd said it was 9:45 before you ate breakfast and then when you got tired and cold after eating it was 9:15, lol! I thought i had gone mad, oops! 😂

My son goes to daycare (nursery) full time and we only pay monthly here, and for full days... They're open 6am-6pm.. I work 8am -4.30pm but I usually take him around 6.30am (so I can chill a bit) 😂 and fetch him just after 4.30pm. No use for me to leave him there until 6 just because they're still open. But whatever works. They get breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks I think.. He starts at a new one in May and then they get 3 snacks (a late afternoon one too which I think is a sandwich) But it's nice, then I only have to think about dinner.. Weekends take so make brain power regarding his meals and snacks 😂 And I also work from home, so I can make dinner earlier, while he's at daycare. My son apparently only needs 10 hours of sleep... He goes to bed around 7pm and he's usually awake around 5am.. It's so early, but I've adjusted to it. He sometimes sleeps through and that's amazing! However I still sometimes wake and wonder why he hasn't 😂 I can't nap during the day, it makes me feel worse 😂 My son is so petite! He's 20 months old and his shorts / pants are still 6-12m 😂 And I also still baby hair... And it's bothering me 😂

You should hopefully qualify for additional 15 funded hours from sept, and you should hopefully do 3 days a week

I guess cora is just not use to have a horse around. She is more bison now, so she needs to get use to the horse way of talking now again. Give it some time, and a lot of hay is good when having them in the same pasture, it get some distraktion. And I think it is this we horsepeople has ben worrid about when saying that cora needs a horse friend. Just like bison, horses have a need of family too.

She doesn't. She got that business to the 10 yr anniversary and was ready to move on to other things. She did a couple of videos discussing it several months back.
