You make daily journaling seem not intimidating and actually fun. I like the idea of a physical timer that isn’t your phone to help you concentrate more!

I actually usually put on my audiobook, set for 15 min to sketch/layout, then another 15min to color, sticker, write. Most nights these spreads are done in about 30 min. Obvi couldnt do the audio while filming, but it has become a nice routine 💕
