When my daughter was breech, my midwife encouraged me to always sit leaning forward and not to reclinin. It's to allow gravity do the work, babies head which is the heaviest part. There are several exercises/stretches on the internet that will also help. It helped both my babies move head down.

Take good care of yourself and your baby and surround yourself with your beloved ones who do care and support you! Do not let anyone keeps you from doing the best things for you and your baby. When I was pregnant, my mother (an obstetrician) and my private doctor in Germany did ask me to take a break but I did not follow strictly cause I had to take care of my own company and even worse my cruel mother in law kept repeating "It is not good that I do not work hard during my pregnancy!!!" I did suffer a lot (still feel bitter and emotional now whenever I think of it) and that may be also part of the reason why I delivered my little one a bit earlier than expected! My best wishes to you and your lovely baby!

I was on bed rest from month 6 on. It was so hard to stay in bed. It drove me nuts! I'm so glad your sciatica is better now:)
