One of my favorite childhood memories is of building a fort in the living room with my siblings. We used blankets, couch cushions, and anything we could find to create our secret hideout. My favorite memory/memories will always be with my abuelita. She took care of me for 20+ years. She showed me how to cook. She also showed me to not give up when things get tough. I have many wonderful memories of her we would always laugh with each other. I lost her 3 years ago to cancer. That’s when my world changed. She was the strongest person I know. She never lost faith or hope, I watched her taker her last breath. I’ll forever be grateful for the person she made me and I thank her for teaching me how to appreciate the small things in life and to always give to others. One of my favorite memories is the last time we gathered as a family to visit my grandfather. We all knew his health was declining due to cancer, and the doctor had just given us the heartbreaking news that he didn’t have much time left. That evening, my entire family decided to get together, sharing our favorite memories and the reasons we loved him so deeply. We laughed and cried, recalling all of the sleepovers we had at my grandparents house in Mexico, his silly stories, how much he for some reason loved Burger King and how we always had to stop and eat when we passed one on the road. As the night wore on, I saw his eyes he was so proud of the family he had created. He passed away that same night, but I’m sure he left knowing the impact he had on each of us. The memories we shared became a beautiful farewell, a testament to a life well-lived, and a reminder of the love that would always bind us together. I miss him dearly, but it was the kindest goodbye God could give us.

I miss watching your videos!! So glad you posted 😊. My favorite memory I have with my family would probably be when we went to Florida. I live in Chicago and we drove from Chicago to Florida with many cousins. I think maybe like 75 of us went?? There was many and what I thought was so funny was that every single family literally had a mini van at the time. It was just such a great time we stayed at an oasis and we would go from apartment to apartment with our cousins. My grandma at the time could still cook and I remember she made my entire family some seafood soup that is traditional in Honduras, where she is from. It was so fun being able to go to Disney, and really experience that as a child, I have never went back since, but I remember the effort that my parents made so that they could take my siblings and I to Disney. Around that time, my parents didn’t make much and so it was hard to cover the cost but my family helped so that we could go with everyone. It was just an experience, I’ll always cherish the moments we all experienced together. From waking up with all of my cousins to trying to eat pop tarts, going swimming, going to the Disney store for the first time, seeing a literal flamingo outside of where we stayed, experiencing a thunderstorm everyday while there, and even sadly getting to see a hotel burn in flames for about 3 days. The trip was amazing and I will always remover how I felt and hope to one day take my kids to experience that feeling as a child. Well it’s hard to share a single memory of my family but when I look back and reflect on all of our memories 1 thing always sticks out and it’s how close we are and how much we take care of eachother, even through disagreements and tough times we are ALWAYS there for eachother. Especially for one of my brothers who struggles with addiction and who always has my mom and dad super worried. My parents brought him to the U.S when he was just a little kid in hopes to give their kids a better life and to see my brother struggle with addiction is hard and sad especially seeing how worried and sad my parents get, but we realize we can’t help unless they are willing to help themselves. No matter what my mom tells him or cries because of how worried she is for him it won’t change anything unless he wants to see a change for himself. Thankfully like I mentioned we’re all there for eachother and we always make sure to check up on him and keep him out of trouble. I fear people are quick to judge individuals that struggle with addiction but will never truly understand how it really feels to deal with it and how it affects not just them but their family first hand. I’m glad we are able to be there for him and help him and remind him he is not alone and that everything is possible as long as he is willing to help himself. My favorite memory with a family member is when I went to my moms Pueblo in Mx and I was able to see my great grandpa and spend the day with him for his 99th birthday💗and he kept saying I looked like his mom which kept making him cry🥹

my favorite memories with my family would be when we first got to the united states, the first couple weeks was very adventurous because it was something new for us! and another one of my favorite memories was when me and my family went to the zoo in austin because we’ve never been to one and it was super fantastic we have many memories but those are some of my favorite ones

My favorite memory was with my mom before she got sick. We would drive to San Jose to visit my nana & nano and would stop at Starbucks to get coffee. She made up her own recipe and the workers remade it and tried it themselves and thought it was so delicious and I remember my mom being so proud and bragging about it to my dad lol
